A first step we always recommend when troubleshooting access to Library resources is to use your browser's private browsing mode. If that's successful, clear your cookies to restore access in normal browsing mode.
How to use Private Browsing (Incognito) mode
First, try to open an "Incognito Window" in Chrome, called a "Private Window" in Safari or an "InPrivate Window" in Edge, which automatically gives you a window without any previous cookies and disables plugins. In Chrome this is under File > New Incognito Window.
Navigate to the Library's website (library.purdueglobal.edu) or back to whatever link you were trying to access and test from there. If it works, then we know the issue is an internet cookie or a plugin blocking access.
How to Clear Cookies
If it works in Incognito mode, then clear your cookies to fix resource use problems in your normal browsing mode. In Google Chrome, this option is called "Clear browsing data."
If you want to delete just EBSCO's cookies instead of everything, use the link "Special Link: Delete only EBSCO cookies" on this page. However, if that doesn't work, it might be worth a try to delete everything. Either way, don't forget to restart your browser after deleting cookies.
If you still have issues with access after clearing cookies, but everything works in Incognito mode, disable Chrome or your other browser's plugins and extensions. Disable them one-by-one until you figure out the culprit.
