Full-text access to Library articles are available as HTML (HyperText Markup Language) or PDF (Portable Document Format) documents. HTML is the standard code used to create web pages, and HTML files can be read using any web browser.  

PDF documents maintain the same formatting elements no matter what operating system or software you are using. In order to view PDF documents, you must download and install a PDF reader on your computer.

The most common PDF reader is Adobe Acrobat Reader.
