It's important to develop and combine search terms and phrases to better target search results. However, it is possible to further refine results by using search limiters available within the Library databases. 

Within EBSCO databases, use the All Filters option below the search box on the search results page:

To refine results in Gale eBooks, search the entire subject collection by keywords and phrases. Or, limit your search to a particular subject:

            

On the results page, use the Limit Search by feature on the right side of the results screen to further target your results.

 

In ProQuest databases, use the Narrow results by feature on the left side of the results page:
