To locate hiring discrimination cases, select the Case Law option in Google Scholar:

In the search bar, try any of the suggested searches below:

  • racial discrimination hiring process
  • sexual discrimination hiring process
  • gender discrimination hiring process

On the left of the search results, you can narrow your search by specific courts (state or federal), and you can also search within a specific date:

You can also try searching in the the Library's legal database Westlaw Campus Research:

In the database, select Practice Areas, then choose Labor & Employment:

Next, select cases:

Then enter any of the previously suggested search terms in the top search bar (limited to both state and federal cases in the screenshot example):

You can also use the filters on the left of the search results page to narrow your results:
