What do I need to log in?

Library access requires a PG Campus account. The account gives you access to the PG Campus portal and resources students use, like the Library and Academic Success Center.  Active students and instructors receive these accounts automatically, however, staff with other units may need to request an account.

Why do I have to log in to PG Campus to use the Library?

The PG Library licenses content from publishers and content vendors for use during our students' academic studies.  Current students, faculty, and staff at Purdue Global can only access these resources, and therefore, require entering credentials before access.

I don’t have a PG Campus account or my PG Campus account doesn't provide Library access.  How do I request help?

Your manager will need to request access by either submitting a ticket via ServiceNow or calling Tech Support at 866-522-7747 option 0.

For managers: In ServiceNow, navigate to Make a Request > Purdue University Global Library Access Request form.  Then, in the Short Description field, include the employee's name, "Charlie" network username, and email. Then enter: Request a CVue and PG Campus instructor account with Library access enabled.

How do I use my new PG Campus account?

  • Visit campus.purdueglobal.edu
  • Enter your university username and password.  Note: Your username will be your Gmail username, but without the @purdueglobal.edu part (jsmith for example, not smithj like on the GHConnect site).
  • Click the Sign In button.
