Below is a sample reference from APA's website for when citing the DSM-5-TR as a whole, the main edition found from the PG Library:

Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders

American Psychiatric Association. (2022). Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (5th ed., text rev.). https://doi.org/10.1176/appi.books.9780890425787

APA recommends citing individual entries/chapters in most cases, especially direct quotes or paraphrases. See an example on the APA's website.  Look for the section "3. Entry in the DSM" after opening the link.

Note that for citing individual chapters and parts of the DSM-5-TR, they suggest including the DOI for the individual entry. You can find the DOI within the DSM Library (the online version of the DSM-5-TR) at the top of any chapter or part.
